Cucumbers

Cucumber, Cucumis sativus, is a warm season, vining, annual plant in the family Cucurbitaceae grown for its edible cucumber fruit. The cucumber fruit varies in shape but is generally a curved cylinder rounded at both ends that can reach up to 20 cm in length 4 cm in diameter. 

There are many different varieties of Cucumbers that can be divided into two different groups: pickling and slicing.  

Eggplant

Eggplant, a warm-season vegetable belongs to the nightshade family. It forms a many branched plants with leaves and stems that have star-shaped (stellate) hair and stems. Its flowers are purple and the fruits are generally purple too.

Sweet Bell Pepper

Bell pepper, (Capsicum annuum), also called sweet pepper or capsicum, peppercultivar in the nightshade family (Solanaceae), grown for its thick, mild fruits. Bell peppers are used in salads and in cooked dishes and are high in vitamin A and vitamin C. The large furrowed fruits are technically berries and can be green, red, yellow, or orange. 

Chili Pepper

Chili pepper, any of several species and cultivars of very hot, pungent peppers in the nightshade family (Solanaceae). Chili peppers are native to the Americas and are cultivated in warm climates around the world. Many of the most-common chili peppers are cultivars of Capsicum annuum, including the cayenne, jalapeño, serrano, and Thai chili peppers. 

Tomatoes

The tomato (Solanum lycopersicum, synonym: Lycopersicon esculentum) is one of the most popular vegetables. They are easy to grow, cheap and healthy. Moreover, they can be used and processed in many different ways. They can be used in soups, sauces, salads and are delicious on bread. The tomato comes from the same family as chili peppers, potatoes, squash and tobacco. This family is called the nightshade family (Solanaceae). 

Cherry Tomatoes

The cherry tomato is a type of small round tomato believed to be an intermediate genetic admixture between wild currant-type tomatoes and domesticated garden tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes range in size from a thumbtip up to the size of a golf ball, and can range from spherical to slightly oblong in shape.
